Home News Features Tour/Demo Pricing & Sign Up! FAQs Community & Planning Tips Why Party2Win.com?
Plan dozens, hundreds, or thousands of parties with our five-step process

Can anyone use Party2Win?
Yes. Party2Win subscribers include charities, causes, organizations, companies, and progressive candidates. Of course, to ensure that the system is properly used, Party2Win.com retains the right to cancel subscriptions and refund fees. (We have never had to do that.)

Do I need to know HTML or any other programming language?
No, absolutely not! If you're familiar with a program like Microsoft Word, and know what a keyboard and mouse are, you'll do fine!

Will Party2Win consultants manage my party for me?
Your Party2Win subscription provides you with the online tools you need to manage your program, plus access to extensive time-saving templates and tips. It's up to you to manage your party program. When staff resources are tight, some groups prefer to hire Party2Win consultants and coordinators to train their staff, recruit hosts, or manage the party from planning through the day of the event. To request a consulting estimate, please contact David Salie.

About Party2Win.com

How are contributions processed?
When you set up your party, you'll supply your contribution URL and the mailing address checks should be sent to. All contributions go directly to you.

What if we don't plan to raise funds at our parties?
No problem. When you set your site up, simply indicate that these will not be fundraising parties/events.

What if I want to organize events instead of parties?
Many groups are using Party2Win.com to manage events. In response, we have added a feature which allows you to change the name of your event throughout the site. For example, instead of "Host a Party" or "Host an Event", you can customize your site to say whatever you want -- "Host a Breakfast", "Host a Vigil", "Attend a Phone Bank". This change ripples through all dynamically-generated content on the site. However, you will want to edit templates provided for host pages, emails, and other text. (Of course, you should do that if you're organizing a party day, too!) One area of the program is still heavily focused on parties, and that is the "Party Planner." Most groups find that these tips still work for their hosts. If it does not work for your group, you can go to "Manage Account Settings" and turn the section off so that your hosts do not see.

If I pick a design, and then later, want to change it, is that possible?
Sure is! You can change designs, add photos or logos, and edit content easily.

Do I need to submit a credit card to sign up?
No. To set up a free 7-day trial of Party2Win.com, you do not have to submit a credit card. For monthly subscriptions, you will need to make payment arrangements. We use PayPal, which allows you to pay via credit card, e-check, or direct bank transfer.

Can I use my own domain name?
Yes. Just contact us and let us know your domain name, or let us know what domain name you would like. To set up a domain you already own, we charge a $25 one-time setup fee. To purchase and set up a domain name you haven't registered for yet, we charge the $25 one-time setup fee, plus $20/year for the domain name.

Do I have to stick with pre-determined page names, like About Us, Directions, etc, when I create my site?
No. You can customize the name for any event.

Can I still get a free Party2Win subscription.
No. The test of free subscriptions has ended. The vast majority of users preferred to pay for a subscription to avoid having ads display on their site.

What is the phone number if I have additional questions?
